How am I developing in my ability to clearly express my values, personal goals, goals for others and for my school?
It is a slow process.  My values are expressed through my actions and reccomendations. My goals, my goals 
for others and my school are reflected through how I carry myself and what I express to others

How can I further enhance my sense of precision and craftsmanship?
I must never tire of learning and the desire to learn.  My precision can be refined through practice alone.
