How am I developing in my ability to clearly express my values, personal goals, goals for others and for my school?

Goals for me are becoming clearer but not necessarily easier to express. Personal goals seem to be easiest to express, values and goals for others I am still working on. I think after stumbleing a bit over the past few weeks I am finally catching up and things should really start to improve. I am finally seeing a promising bit of light.

How can I further enhance my sense of precision and craftsmanship?

Excellent question. Continuing to practice is the easy answer to this question, but I think I will need to continue to read and observe others that do this job properly.
