How am I developing in my ability to clearly express my values, personal goals, goals for others and for my school?

Apparently I have become rather good at expressing my goals for others and for my school, because I was asked today to teach an in-service on October 8th with the help of De Lightfoot. As for expressing my personal goals, I have consistently improved my skills enough to say I have grown at least 1 point on the 7 point EOC scale.

How can I further enhance my sense of precision and craftsmanship?

Continue to practice my cognitive coaching skills and grow my interpersonal relationships.
