How am I developing in my ability to clearly express my values, personal goals, goals for others and for my school?

I find myself practicing my coaching skills in everyday applications. It has become second nature in some cases and is helping think through everything I say to anticipate outcomes. I think this will allow me to express my goals more clearly.

How can I further enhance my sense of precision and craftsmanship?

Refining my tools(coaching skills) and working with others(being coached)
