Optimizing Images

by James Ditmore

This activity is for optimizing pictures taken with a Digital Camera and learning how to optimize those pictures for putting them onto a web page with minimal storage and download time.  Three Digital Photos were taken with an Olympus C-4000 Digital Camera.  I optimized the Photos with Adobe Photoshop using the save for web option.  I got the Physical size, File Size & Resolution from Adobe Photoshop.  I got the Connection Speed and Type with Adobe ImageReady.
