File Types
The following list describes some of the file formats available when you export video files. Different file formats may be available in different video editing programs.
        
:AIFF audio Use when you want to export the audio track only.
:AVI Use (AVI) format for videos that will be played back in Windows.
:Animated GIF Use as an easy way to display video and motion graphics on a Web page.
:Flc/Fli)~Use for an animation or sequence of still images.
:QuickTime Use for video files that must be playable on both Windows and Mac OS.
