TATC Program Portfolio

All portfolios will be reviewed by the TA Certification Portfolio Review Committee for recommendation. This culminating effort will be the finalized construction of a portfolio. Work will be supported by a survey of existing resources and work on the portfolio, a justification -- both pedagogical and practical -- for the artifiacts selected, and a full description of the final portfolio project. All these matters are covered throughout the other courses, and participants should plan to use that as a springboard for their finalized portfolio.

106 Portfolio Thesis course will be the last of the nine courses in the TATC program. There could be several face-to-face sessions to finalize the presentations of your Portfolio Project for recommendation for the TA Certification certificate.

Portfolio guidelines can be reviewed here.

Mentors

Each participant will be provided a mentor for the duration of the program. The mentors are selected for the program based on their experience in the Technology Application profession or as a Technology Applications teacher. Non-certified participants will be provided a mentor through the Teacher Preparation Program.
