| Regarding the Social System |
The social requirements for this lesson plan will be less important at first and will increase as the class progresses. Teachers will be expected to work together with each other to increase their knowledge and future learning. Diversity will be a resource as the students interact to complete their assignments. |

| Regarding the Instructors Role |
The instructor will be a coach and a guide to assist the teachers. Special circumstances such as teachers with special needs such as hearing or visual difficulties and teachers who are ready for enrichment activities will also be facilitated by the instructor. |

| Regarding the Support System |
| Equipment and resources that will be needed for the lesson include a computer projector and screen in the computer lab. PowerPoint software, sound and graphics resources and a recording software must also be on the computers. Previous understanding of lesson plan preparation and PowerPoint usage. Assistance may be obtained from the technology instructor as needed and from peers with more expertise. |
