Instruction will be a combination of demonstration and action. The instructor will demonstrate the lesson and the students will follow the demonstration before duplicating the primary document.

The lab has comfortable lighting, seating and temperature which should make the learners at ease. 17" monitor will be added for vision impaired staff member.

My role will be as the instructor. I will present the lesson and I will assist with any technical problems and clarify any questions with the software.

Technical: laptop connected to projector and screen. The laptop will need MSWord loaded on it in stand alone mode.

We will have ongoing communication through email, phone, and face to face contact for any follow up questions.
