Improved student learning will result from these goals as the classroom teacher will gain new learning and skill with technology tools to enhance her classroom lessons. The students will gain experience creating a product that is a synthesis of their information, thus building thinking skills as well as gaining skill using software and making decisions to plan the map.

I will evaluate the lesson’s degree of success by collecting data with checklists, products, observations, anecdotal records, and rubrics always keeping in mind the goal is growth for all involved, not perfection. I will document degree of growth in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective areas for the students, classroom teacher, and myself.

We agree to work together as a collaborative team to implement this plan.
