Facilitate: Observe the learners as they work.? Answer questions and correct misinformation.

Observe and Question: Listen, take notes, and ask questions when necessary.

Development: Learners will be developing their page/s as we go.

Design the DotNetNuke training in such a way that it is easy for adult learners to understand.

Collaborate: Meet with the teacher to make sure that the handouts and vodcasts are well developed.? The instructions are easy to follow, and sequential.

Monitor: Walk around the room and make sure that learners grasp the techniques necessary for each of the five processes.? Make corrections with individuals as needed.

Become more knowledgeable of the DotNetNuke system so that I can assist teachers with their webpages.

Collaborate: With instructor and school webmasters on what basic skills learners need to know, and the best ways to teach those to the learners.? Review the techniques to be taught, figure out short cuts and make terminology is correct.

Analyze: The modules not presented to learners.? Figure out which ones will be of significant value to the learners, and develop training and materials to teach those skills.

Collaborate: With the learners to see what their concerns are and figure out ways to help them become familiar with the website.

Monitor: Teachers webpages for usage to see if they are applying the skills they have learned.

Analyze: If a learner has attempted new modules, see how they have used them, and talk with them to find out how the implemented them.? Have them assist in the development of the training piece for that module.

Aspect 2:

The social system
Describe the interpersonal structure of the instructional experience.

Learners will all be introduced to creating webpages in the DotNetNuke web management system.? They will be show how to do five basic skills.? After each skill is taught, the learners will be given and appropriate amount of time to practice those skills.? Learners are encouraged to try the techniques, and talk with their neighbors to see what they are doing.?

Aspect 3:

The role of the instructor
Describe your general instructional role. For example, will you present material, guide students as they research, etc?

The Instructor will be doing a combination of presentation and guided practice.? She will begin by going through a teach piece for each of the five sections.? As each section is taught, the instructor will give the learners time to practice the new skills. She will walk around the room an answer questions ad needed.
