This is how I believe the successful accomplishment of my goals will lead to improved educator/student learning.

The educators will successfully design and web site that provides parents and students with basic knowledge of the classroom. Educators will continue to improve their websites as the training pieces are developed and implemented.

This is how I plan to evaluate my progress toward reaching my goals.

Teachers will begin to develop various training pieces that allow the learners to build webpages. Teachers will feel secure knowing that there is support, assistance and encouragement available to them throughout the process. Indicator: Teachers are developing webpage?s that have contact information and classroom information.

Coach observes sessions to see if there exists a free exchange of ides and teachers is begin coached in a manner that is improving her troubleshooting skills. Indicator: Teachers feel that they are prepared to teach the lesson and will be able to troubleshoot any problems they encounter.

We agree to work together as a collaborative team to implement this plan.
