To enable continuous/frequent feedback between instructor and adult learners

Ask questions at key points during concept presentations. 

Ask for feedback at end of session. Specifically ask questions aimed at understanding of concepts.

Monitor computer screens during lessons  

There will be a constant exchange of ideas and questioning to ensure that teachers understand what Moodle is and how it can be used in the classroom.   

 

To encourage adult learners to reflect on their learning progress and achievement

Discussions, debriefings, and reflections


Discussions after every activity.

Sharing lessons with each other.

Self-assessments lead to change.  They allow  the learner to find  their strengths and weaknesses and work on  a specific task.

To determine adult learners learning progress and achievement Completed Moodle course that will be used in the classroom.

 

Before implementation of Moodle course it will be submitted for review by Instructional Facilitator and Integration Specialist. 

Providing review and feedback on each Moodle course created will ensure a consistent product regardless of who produces it.
