Explain: The main issue for this staff development is access to the CBL. Since there will only be one CBL per four participants, it will be imperative to create instruction that actively engages all participants. In addition, participants will need space in the computer lab to efficiently collaborate with small group on the team project. There must also be enough laptop computers to accommodate the individual data analysis component.
