Design and Production Factors

     
Materials Required computer with teacher and student versions of Synchroneyes + All computers will need the program. Will offer training in the computer lab where the program is already up and running
Equipment Available computers and Synchroneyes program +
Time for Design and Production 3 weeks - Need to focus and set aside time every day to work on this training and getting the program installed on all computers

Implementation Factors

     
Class Size the lab has 30 computers - would prefer to do no more then 15 teachers at a time
Time Period 1 hour + Need to make sure that I cover all important aspects of the program
Location computer lab + Will offer training in the computer lab where the program is already up and running
Temperature will not really know until that day +  or - contact the AP and let him know my training dates. Be in contact with the computer lab teacher, have her notify me of any issues that need to be addressed.
Lighting regular classroom lighting + or -
Noise after school - noise should be minimal + Close door to hallway
Equipment computers with Synchroneyes program + Will offer training in the computer lab where the program is already up and running
