The scaffolding will naturally happen as the teachers progress through the modules. The modules will/might be online. You will be available for support/ help. Rubrics will guide and assess. Diverse learners will pace themselves in the modules. Incentive might be something with PDAS. How is that? I did a class over it this summer with some of my teachers and they are already asking for the digital cameras. It did have a section on learning styles. You are going to be hands on, so I would think you had it covered. Have you planned on teachers partnering during the learning any?
