| The Social System
All new teachers to the district will be required to be at this training. The new teachers will observe the instructional presentation and demonstration and then work independently to complete the steps. The follow-up will answer any questions and deal with any problems the adult learners have experienced.

The Role of the Instructor
The instructor will present foundation information and model use of EDP Attendance and Gradebook software for the adult learners. She will facilitate as needed after the training session to be sure that all teachers are able to use the software effectively.
