Accessing and pulling Data from Schoolnet

 

  1. Go to the Schoolnet website at http://judson.schoolnet.com. Log in with your user name and password.

2.  Click on “Go to Account.”

 

3. Click on “Class Reports.”

 

 

4. For whichever class you want to look at, click on the center Icon, under Tools, which is “Analysis Spreadsheet.”

5. You will select the options for columns 1 through 3.

a. Choose the following options for Column 1: Standardized Tests, TAKS, Most Recent, Any, Any, English Language Arts, Overall, Performance Level

b. Choose the following options for Column 2: Standardized Tests, TAKS, Most Recent, Any, Any, English Language Arts, Overall, Written Comp Rating

c. Choose the following options for Column 2: Standardized Tests, TAKS, Most Recent, Any, Any, English Language Arts, Overall, Written Comp Analytic Info

 

 

6. Click on “Export Spreadsheet.”

 

 

7. Once you have exported the data, you may wish to resize the columns so that all the data is visible. You may also want to use the Find and Replace function to change to statements, “Did not meet Standards” and “Met Standards” to codes to save space.  

 

8. You are now ready to analyze your results.
