This is how I believe the successful accomplishment of my goals will lead to improved student learning.

This lesson will take place in a hands-on environment where teachers can experience exactly what their students will see in the program.  This greatly improves the learning process because teachers will see areas that pose special challenges to their students and are then able to ask questions in a relaxed environment.  While some teachers will require a paper manual, however most teachers will aquire the necessary skills to supervise the use of Learning.com in the lab time.  Those who rely upon the printed page will take extra time but will also benefit from the hands-on experience.

This is how I plan to evaluate my progress toward meeting my goals (check points, indicators of success, etc).
This session is only the introduction, more sessions will follow.  As one of the technology coordinators with administrator access, I will check student progress and meet with teachers who are not meeting their goals or are not staying on the program's time line.  I will use email to praise teachers who are meeting their goals as well as to encourage teachers who need to "pick up the pace".  We are discussing ways to assess student retention of skills but haven't found a useful method or tool yet.

We agree to work together as a collaborative team to implement this plan.
