Aspect 2 - Social System of Instruction
Teaching teachers is a monumental feat.  However in this setting teachers will be highly motivated to learn the targeted skill because of the importance of Learning.com in meeting the campus technology goals.  There will be a high level of interaction in the staff development which will require a positive, relaxed environment.  Teachers have demonstrated a high willingness to learn cooperatively when dealing with technology.  A very cooperative atmosphere will encourage continuing learning.

Aspect 3 - Role Of Instructor
The instructor will be presenting a staff development on Learning.com.  Her role will be to demonstrate the basics of site navigation, student data input, class creation, curriculum assignment, and report generation.  The instructor will be responsible for ongoing training in Learning.com.

Aspect 4 - Support Systems
A high level of support will be necessary to achieve the goals of the staff development.  The technology lab will need to be 100% functional when teachers are practicing their skills with Learning.com.  Continuing support will need to be provided in various forms (email, written directives, posters, or other media).
