: Here is the data you asked me to gather from your video. Being a high school teacher I really enjoyed watching an elementary art class.

 

1.    How can Libby use technology in her introduction to make it more exciting?

Libby did a great job with her introduction. She had the students’ attention. To liven it up a bit, she could play some music. Here is a website that has a song The Red and Yellow Blues by Greg Percy. http://cdbaby.com/cd/gregpercy It contains humorous lyrics written by an art teacher. She could also play True Colors by Cyndi Lauper

 

2. Is her goal clear?

     Libby stated her goals and I was able to clearly follow them.    

    

3. How is her response to student questions?

    

     She responded quickly to all students with questions. 

 

 

 

Sonya Lanham, Teacher: My mentee did not want to be taped. She had forgotten it was to be Monday but she agreed to be recorded. We were very rushed because she had to leave early.

 

Will you listened to the questions that I asked and tell me any additional questions that I could have asked.  I know we didn't get a chance to go in

 

I am so sorry we kept missing each other.  I have open house tomorrow night but it should be over at 7. I will check during the day tomorrow to see when you are on. Any certain time good for you? I should be on around 9:30.
