During podcasting, walk around the room and offer advice to the groups and ask if they have questions. The principle is learning through exploration. By providing opportunities for discussion and hands-on practice the learners have a chance to explore ideas and practice implementing new ones.

The rubric and formal evaluation will be done at the end of the session. The rubric provides a consistent format to evaluate the progress of the teachers and the discussions and observations provide a qualitative means of evaluating the participants.
