2. Students will use problem-solving skills to identify and repair a minimum of 5 historical markers in Bosque County this school year.

1. Identify historical markers in Bosque County by using map provided by Bosque County Collection
2. Identify which markers to research and repair
3. Use Internet for research by using search engines to find information on why, when, what, etc. on markers
4. Using prior knowledge on reports, prepare and finalize oral report on markers.
5. Identify how to repair historical markers.

1. Engage in pre-production planning of video.
2. Create, distribute, and file release forms.
3. Using prior knowledge, students will film each step of the project (research, field trips, final research presentations, planting of native flowers/plants and restoration of historical markers.
4. Edit and prepare a documentary video of the project.
