  • The instructors in this group are both new teachers and experienced teachers ranging in age from 25 to 55. Both are female and the work in a variety of age group conditions. disadvantage To Minimize this disadvantage, keep the scope and sequence of the learning in mind during the coaching. The newer teacher will need more coaching on the development of the lesson and the more experienced teacher will need more indepth questions to maximize the use of the technology to benefit her learning goals.

  • These teachers are both college graduates. The youngest is working on alternative certification to teach Business Classes on the Middle School level. The other female teacher is a well seasoned professional with high skill level and some post-graduate work currently being done. advantageTo maximize on the drive that both teachers have to demonstrate excellence in their teaching the lesson will need to focus on the higher level skills that the students will be able to demonstrate because they have incorporated technology.

  • The elementary teacher has functioned at a moderate level of technology proficiency during the PROJECT TEACH emphasis at Keller ISD. She has been identified as TEACHER OF THE YEAR for Heritage Elementary in the last five years. The middle school teacher is a brand new addition to the teaching profession and has personal experience with computers in the field of keyboarding and family support in the area of Technology Integration in the state of Florida. advantage

  • The teachers come with a large sense of expectation for the event, but without foundation in the technical objectives of the conference. They are well equipped to prepare and manage the students they will be helping for the day, but they have a need for clarification and technical training prior to the event. advantage
