Describe
the interpersonal structure of the instructional experience.
This staff development, which is a professional goal of my mentee,
will introduce United Streaming web resources to teachers and
demonstrate how to effectively implement video into instruction
to enhance learning. The instructor will demonstrate usage and
show examples of how to utilize video in lessons, and will facilitate
exploratory research by the teachers on resources United Streaming
has to offer. Modifications to instruction will accomodate
diverse adult learner with ADHD by differientating instruction
in 15 minute increments to assist in attention.

My general
role will be to collaborate and assist my mentee while she prepares
the workshop for United Streaming. She will be presenting the
material during the workshop. I will assist with teaching the
workshop if she thinks it's necessary.
