Trainer (Mentee) Goal My mentee will demonstrate classroom management skills when training her adult learners (teachers). Strategies Direct Instruction Demonstration Discussion Sharing	-traditional seating arrangement with the video conferencing equipment as the focus point in the room. - Seat teachers two at each table. -microphones	-Some teachers sit at the very back of the room or sit alone - microphone(s) doesn't work	Match -Ask teachers to buddy-up at a table -Test microphones before the training.
Mentor Goal I will use cognitive coaching to guide teacher in creating learner-centered lessons that maximize a positive impact on students. This training will be held in the distance learning lab during the beginning of the school year. Teachers are on the same team so they know and work together. Teachers will work at tables that seat two. They will share their lesson plan (product) to the group. A survey will be submitted by each teacher.	Please see tools and technologies listed above.
I will support my mentee as a mentor, technical assistant, facilitator, and team teacher. She will be in charge of her training and in charge of her lesson. She will be the primary trainer. I will be her support system.	Please see tools and technologies listed above.
