Teachers will work within the computer lab in pairs and/or also in informal groups. Teachers will use accumulated TAKS benchmarking data to create new assessments. Pairs will work together as a group to create assessments. Pairs will work to support each other and within the group to address needs of the diversity of needs of the group.

The instructor will encourage and plan self-assessment throughout the project so educators can monitor and assess progress throughout the staff development opportunity. Material and information will be presented to the educators as the training continues.
