Aspect 2: The Social System
Educators will work individually with peer and trainer support. Cooperation among the trainees will allow educators at higher levels of technology expertise to help those with less confidence or experience.
Aspect 3: Instructor's Role
The instructor will begin by addressing what information will be presented and the goals for the presentation. This will allow educators to monitor and assess progress throughout the presentation. Time for guided practice will be included. Reflection process at the end will culminate the training.
