Aspect 2 - The Social System
Educators will work individually with peer and trainer support. Participants will be encouraged to work together in groups with the understanding of educators at higher levels of knowledge helping those at lower levels. Participants will monitor and assess progress throughout the presentation. Peer assessment will be encouraged.
Aspect 3 - The Role of the Instructor
The instructor will act as a facilitator. The instructor will introduce goals, objectives and activities, and lead discussions. The instructor will begin by addressing what learning objectives will be presented and the goals for the workshop. Time for guided practice and reflection of learning will be included. Time for Q&A at the end will culminate the training.
