Social System:
Teachers will discuss with class past experiences using the collection of data and how it can be incorporated into the curriculum. Teachers will work in groups with the more skilled technology teachers assisting the less technology savvy teachers. Teachers will share their ideas and products at the end of the training. Teachers will complete a survey and self assessment at the end of the training. (see tools and technologies above)
Role of the instructor:
The instructor will act as a facilitator guiding the learning process. The instructor will provide handouts and model the creation of a spreadsheet. She/he will answer any questions and guide the teachers in discussions. Instructor will provide handouts and surveys. Teachers will do ongoing self assessment and at the end of the training. (see tools and technologies above)

Mentoring will be through face to face meeting, emails, and phone conversations.
