Age 20's - 50's + Most have had an experience with similar technology (gradebook prgrams) and most are eager to be able to post and communicate grades online in a secure manner
Teaching Experience rookie - crispy critter + The more experienced teachers will realize the potential of the product and the newbies will be much more comfortable with the technology
Gender distribution overwhelmingly female - I need to be careful of the car mechanic like image of male 'expert' explaining to female.
Prerequisite knowledge some are not yet adept at moving files and folders to and from 3.5" media and hdd +/- A step by step 'manual' with screen shots that can literaly direct the setup click by click will be VERY beneficial
related experience most use electronic gradebook of some sort already + Ue of mouse, menus, reports etc. is not new concepts
