If you see a windows icon in the video window on the web page and no video is playing the easiest fix is to download the newest version of the windows media player and reinstall. Do not use the upgrade driver built in the windows media player.

If you see the word "buffering" with a percentage at the bottom of the video window but it is taking forever, it is trying to connect but your connection speed may be to low for it to buffer well. Nothing you can do but access the web cast from a higher access rate.

If you are trying to connect from a MAC, the version of windows media that you need is not supported by MAC's at this time. You will have to go to a PC computer.
