Acquire, Analyze, and Evaluate Information

Identify task requirements, apply search strategies, and use current technology to efficiently acquire, analyze, and evaluate a variety of electronic information.

Sometimes I liked to use the trial and error method to finish projects for this course. Sometimes that just didn't work. Some of the technical information, especially for video production could only be found the the hard copy manuals and on the internet. You can get pretty fancy with some of these programs, but time constraints made it difficult to do all the things that I wanted to do. The online tutorials were very helpful and the extra readings also helped as well.

Artifact 13

Caption 13

For this assignment, we were asked to explains the basics of design and what elements were needed to made compositions and layouts easy to understand and visually appealling. Color was a big part of this assignment, along with shapes and focus. Because I had previously done mostly black and white work, color was a new dimension and I learned quite a bit from it.
