My Professional Goals

It is my philosophy that once you become a teacher you are a learner for life.

Short-Term Goals
I plan to succesfully complete the TATC program in order to earn my Technology Applications Certification. I also plan to complete my master's program next summer with a specialization in Technology Applications.

Long Term Goals
I plan to implement the skills and techniques, that I have acquired and will continue to develop, within my classroom and throughout my district through teacher training and staff development. I would also like to teach on the collegiate level after completing my master's program. My ultimate goal is to become a Technology Specialist or Director and write curriculum that is project based and student-centered for various technology courses on the secondary level. I would like to organize a community based computer training program for students and low-income families to obtain computer training and access to information technology.
