Reflection

The TATC program has provided me with an invaluable range of experiences, ideas, and professional contacts that will be a great resource for years to come.

As an instructor, I have been challenged to push myself further and into more depth of knowledge in the Technology Applications content. I entered as a TATC instructor very comfortable with my mastery of the content only to find that I had so much more to learn. Even, after two years in the program, I still am challenged to learn more and experience more so that I have more to share with others. Furthermore, in each course, I feel that I have learned at least as much, if not more, than I have taught to the class.

Finally, as a member of the TATC community, I have made many invaluable professional contacts. This was never more evident to me than at TCEA this year when everywhere I turned, I met another fellow TATC'er and saw that these people are the leaders in the technology applications area across the state. I know that from now on, I have a vast network of people that I can call on for information, assitance, and guidance.
