Pete's Photo Album Presentation

Seeing as how I was, A) a little disappointed with my first photo album attempt, and B) stuck at home with plenty of time on my hands, I created a photo album that might summarize just a little of my unanticipated holiday thanks to Mother Nature.

All of the photos in this presentation were taken by me using an HP PhotoSmart 315 digital camera.

Title Description
2 Normal View of my House This is a photo I took of my house last year for the Digital Graphics course.  It was obviously a sunny day, and I think the temperature was in the 50s or 60s.  A pleasant day, with lots of blue skies and green grass.
3 My House on Tuesday This was my house on Tuesday, February 25.  It's a slightly adjusted angle, but you can tell the weather was obviously far different.  Notice - NO blue sky, NO sun, NO green grass - of course, this is why I was home, though.
4 My Street As the title states, "normally grey in color."  Don't see any pavement here, huh?  By my crude measurements, there was at least about an inch of ice sitting on top of the pavement, with "drifts" up to about 3 inches.
5 The Height of my Day Time with my son Matthew is always the height of my day, anyway.  Bathtime is generally fun, but on this particular day, it seemed much more so.  He was in a good mood, and in general, bathing him was about the only thing I actually "did" all day.  (Except for snapping a few photos, of course...)
6 But at least it was Relaxing... Tuesday evening, it was time to pick out a Duraflame™ log (yeah, manly, I know) from that case I bought at Costco and fire it up.  I actually bought the case on clearance, thinking I'd save it for next year, or possibly an unseasonably cold day before spring arrived.  Little did I know...

Graphics Summary

As far as I know, all these graphics are bitmapped.  This is quite evident in slides 2-5, which had a pixelated quality.  I took these photos at a high resolution, then sized them down for purposes of this project.  The smaller file size means trading off some image quality.

As for editing, I cropped every photo so that extraneous background could be removed--this also reduced file size.
