My Professional Goals:

• To continue to learn the up-to-date software and technologies to help myself become a more effective and knowledgeable teacher.
• To align my teaching techniques to enhance and support the TEKS.
• To incorporate creative and productive activities for the students that help to teach and implement skills in TA.
• To collaborate with my colleagues about techniques and lessons to help me utilize all of my resources.
• To always keep in mind my personal audience--the student.
• To complete the TATC program and gain my TA certification.
• To develop comprehensive projects to enhance Project Based Learning techniques.

Personally, I would like to learn as much about the TA areas as I can. Although I feel confident in these areas, I know that there is always something new to learn and, with so many teachers submitting work, it is easy to see better delivery methods. I expect to walk away with a lot of new teaching ideas and projects.

Overall, I always want to instill the same passion for learning new technologies and techniques to my students that I have. There is so much yet to come out in the Web Authoring and Multimedia area. There are breakthroughs that we haven't even dreamed of, so there are opportunities in the future for skills that our students will be very eager to obtain. My hope is to help provide them with the basic knowledge that will help them become better learners in the future.
