My TATC journey has not
only allowed me to learn and apply the skills
needed for teaching the TA courses, but it also
has enabled me to see the importance of
evaluating my own learning process and
establishing expectations for future growth and
how that applies to my teaching. Here are the
goals I have set:
Short Term Goals:
- To
successfully complete the TATC program
- To
attain a TA teacher certification
- To
prepare for the TA courses I will be
teaching in the upcoming school year
- To find
ways to implement what I have learned in my
teaching
Long Term Goals:
- To keep up to date with the skills and
knowledge needed to successfully teach
students the TA courses
- To
continue to use the skills I have learned
and not hesitate to try and learn new
ones
- To
obtain the all-level TA certification
- To
continue to learn from my TATC experience
- To
challenge myself daily to help students to
recognize these TA courses as
experiences that they will be able to use as
learning tools throughout their daily
educational journeys.
