Description: Develop
a course web site with the following: course outline, scope and
sequence, calendar, introduction video, and an animated logo. The
web site would be used by students, parents, and other teachers.
Rationale: I selected
this artifact because it not only represented Standard II but also
other Standards and TA TEKS. I used search strategies to provide
links for my site and contributed what I found with my group. As
a group we were to gather a number of resources that would help
other teachers and students in a multimedia course.
Implications for future:
I realize that a course web site would require a lot of work to
keep the information provided up to date, but I hope to use a web
site for my classes this next year. I think that this can be a great
tool to help communicate with students, parents, and the community.
Reviewers Comments:
Good organization and consistency throughout the site.
