Professional Goals

	To develop the knowledge and skills needed to teach Technology Applications.
	To develop the knowledge and skills involved in web-based learning.
	To develop the knowledge and skills involved in new software and hardware.
	To develop the knowledge of new concepts in each Technology Application field.
	To develop new concepts for learner projects and activities.
	To develop skills necessary for effective communication with all learners.
	To facilitate learning in any environment.

My short-term goals include learning new software and hardware for the purpose accentuating my present multimedia class. I created this unique class that is not  offered in other middle schools and I hope to keep it challenging, creative and up-to-date.

My long-term goals include teaching Technology Applications classes on the high school level. I hope to work in a district that fully supports a strong Technology Applications curriculum while realizing that technology is only one of our many tools for instruction, communication, creativity and enjoyment. I would also like to develop similar classes for a junior college or a summer program for students in grades 6-12.
